Checking and revising submitted leave applications is easy in Aurion
Accessing Leave
Simply select 'Leave' from the menu at the top of the screen.
From here you will have quick visibility of your current leave balances and allow you to predict future leave balances and quickly apply for leave.
You can also make changes to pending leave applications, or delete and reapply for approved leave not yet taken if you need to change the dates.
Applications
You can see all your leave applications directly from the leave screen, making it easy to keep track of your leave and make changes if required.
The Leave screen automatically opens in Current view. For pending applications, scroll down to Applications below Balances.
You can also view all leave applications by changing to the All Applications screen near the top of your screen.
Editing Leave Applications
If required, pending leave applications can be edited directly from the Application cards.
To make any changes to your submitted, but pending, leave requests, simply click on the 3-dot menu | |
A side panel will automatically open, allowing you to change details of your leave request. | |
Once the details have been updated, just click on Save for this updated application to be sent through to your Manager |

Only Pending Leave Applications can be edited.
Deleting Leave Applications
You can also delete a Pending or Approved leave application.
Only applications that have been approved or are pending can be deleted.
To delete your approved or pending, leave requests, simply click on the 3-dot menu |

A side panel will automatically open, provide a reason for the withdrawal of your leave application, then click Delete |

Finally you will be asked to confirm this deletion request.
Click on Delete to remove this application. |

Any changes you make to your pending or approved leave applications will automatically be sent through to your manager.
Changing an Approved Leave Application
If you have an approved leave application but have entered the dates incorrectly or want to update them because your plans have changed, you can can easily do this in Aurion.
You first need to delete the approved application, as per the instructions above, then await approval and submit a new leave application.
Before you submit your new application, you need to:
Ensure you have confirmation from your manager that the deleted application has been processed IF any of the new proposed dates overlap with the old ones.
Check your available leave balances if you are requesting additional days to ensure you have enough leave accrued.
